About This Product

■Easily implement pokayoke and full traceability systems with ClellCore

Cleco's new Cellcore wireless nutrunner is a transducer control tool that enables high-precision tightening. It is now possible to easily construct a poka-yoke full traceability system, which was difficult to achieve with general-purpose tightening tools. Problems with existing tools include compromising accuracy, preventing double tightening or forgetting to tighten, linking with higher-level production management systems, complicated cable management, utilizing valuable tightening history data, and confirming the management of additional tightening torque. Problems such as reduction can all be solved at the same time.

■Cellcore wireless tools can be connected and operated with the new Cleco mPro200 controller.

By using the tool's built-in "FastApps", you can directly set up to 10 tightening programs in standalone mode. Furthermore, by synchronizing the tool and controller, tightening history data can be collected and managed in real time, and tool management and Data operation becomes possible.

■Highly durable design

Toughness ideal for assembly production lines, etc. (passed drop test from up to 1.6m)

■High precision and reliability

Achieves repeatability of 2.0Cm/Cmk (±10%) without maintenance up to 500,000 tightening cycles.

■Large user interface

Tightening programs can be set on the tool without a controller. Equipped with 10 "Fast Apps ~ programmable fast apps".

■Increase data memory

Up to one week of tightening history data can be saved (15,000 tightening data, 500 waveforms)

■Lightweight and ergonomic design

Best-in-class balanced design significantly reduces worker fatigue and contributes to productivity

■Stay Alive function

Prevent system restart while battery is charging
