About This Product

■Features

・Solder removal work can be performed at the fastest speed in the industry. - Compatible with W soldering irons and suction irons. ・External compressed air connection. ・Energy saving: Equipped with standby mode. ・Patented ESD safe glass display. Easy and quick parameter setting is possible.

■External supply air

Generates constant vacuum using a maintenance-free venturi valve unit. External compressed air supply specifications.

■Fastest desoldering in the industry

With 120 watts and a very short heating time, the desoldering iron can easily handle previously difficult tasks such as desoldering large quantities of PCBs.

■No troublesome cleaning work

Newly enlarged nozzle shaft prevents suction tube from sticking. The suction channel has also been replaced, so the once tedious and time-consuming task of cleaning the tool is now a thing of the past.

■Easy replacement

Thanks to its smart design, the suction nozzle and solder cartridge can be quickly and easily replaced without the risk of burns or messy replacement procedures.

■Significant cost reduction possible

The relatively low operating temperature (380℃) and automatic standby mode controlled by the usage sensor extend the life of the suction nozzle by three times.

■Vacuum operation

You can set the vacuum operation time to prevent suction pump clogging.

■Two types of models available

WXDP120 is designed for horizontal work and WXDV120 for vertical work.

・Station: WXD2 (2 channel controller) ・Soldering iron: WXDP120 (Sucking iron 120W, 24V) ・Tip: XDS1 (Suction nozzle inner diameter φ1.4mm, outer diameter φ2.5mm, length 10.5mm) ・Soldering iron stand: WDH70 (with iron stand cleaning wire for WXDP120) ・Pliers: PDN (pliers for nozzle replacement)
