About This Product

■Summary This belt has a transparent fluororesin PFA film adhered to a rubber base material, giving it the strength and flexibility of rubber and the properties of fluororesin. ■Applications ・Food manufacturing/transportation process ・Manufacturing and transportation process for rubber, resin, etc. ・Cut sheet ■Features ・It has the best permeation resistance to liquids and gases among the rubber composite types. ・The belt surface has excellent non-adhesion, mold releasability, and chemical resistance. - Uses transparent PFA film to maintain the vivid color tone of the rubber base material. - Conforms to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Notification No. 20 under the Food Sanitation Act. ・You can select the color tone and material composition from a wide variety of rubber base materials. Type of rubber base material ■NBR (nitrile rubber type) A white rubber base material with properties such as heat resistance and oil resistance. BRP type belts comply with the standards for foods, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Notification No. 20), so they can be used with confidence in food transportation applications. ■IIR (butyl rubber type) Based on butyl rubber with a maximum operating temperature of 150℃, combinations with various fluororesin surface materials (PFA film, PTFE film, G type fabric) can be selected. It has properties such as heat resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. ■CR (chloroprene rubber type) Chloroprene rubber type has well-balanced properties such as heat resistance, oil resistance, and ozone resistance, and is mainly used for conveying rubber and resin at high temperatures. ■ACM (acrylic rubber type) It boasts the highest heat resistance (maximum operating temperature 180℃) among R type belts. It is used under harsh conditions by taking advantage of the heat resistance and non-adhesive properties of the fluororesin surface. ■SI (silicone rubber) It has the highest heat resistance (200℃) among R type belts, and has properties such as non-adhesion and grip. Since it complies with the standards for equipment, containers and packaging, it can also be used for food transportation applications. Also, since the rubber is soft, it can also be used for small diameter pulleys.
