A high-performance cord made of twisted nylon with glass fiber. Highly recommended high-performance cord with excellent quietness and workability. From raw material selection to spinning and finishing, we use Japanese raw materials and process them in-house under special management, so the basic performance required for mowing cords (impact resistance, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, etc.) is extremely high. Good.
GREEM SIGMA is made by evenly mixing glass fiber with 6/66 copolymerized nylon developed for mowing cords, increasing the cross-sectional dimension of the cord to 2.3 mm, and applying temperature-stability stabilization processing to the colored and spun cord again. This is a grass cutting cord that has been specially processed to be twisted and solidified when cooled. By kneading glass, the specific gravity is increased and the cutting ability is increased, and at the same time, when the cord is broken, a glass protrusion comes out, so that the cutting ability will not deteriorate even if the cord is broken.
In addition, the spiral processing that stabilizes temperature rise and the coloring that distinguishes the rotation range during use ensure sharpness, quietness, and safety features. Spiral Gleam Sigma is available in 45m roll, 10m roll, and 0.22m x 30 insert type.
