Fiber-reinforced cord made of nylon with glass fiber. The fine glass fibers protrude during the work and the grass cutting ability does not deteriorate. From raw material selection to spinning and finishing, we use Japanese raw materials and process them in-house under special management, so the basic performance required for mowing cords (impact resistance, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, etc.) is extremely high. Good.
Gream Cutter is Japan's first glass fiber-mixed nylon cord for mowing, which is made by evenly mixing glass fiber with 6/66 copolymer nylon developed for mowing cords. By kneading glass, the specific gravity is increased and the cutting ability is increased, and at the same time, when the cord is broken, a glass protrusion comes out, so that the cutting ability will not deteriorate even if the cord is broken.
We offer 50m rolls, 13m rolls, and insert types containing 0.22m x 30 pieces.
