■BN100A: Bridge calibration unit
The BN100A bridge calibration unit is a high-precision calibration unit that calibrates measurement chains and measurement equipment using a 225Hz carrier wave amplifier.
The BN100A will initially be used to calibrate the DMP40 and DMP40S2 digital precision amplifiers. It is integrated into the measuring system instead of a transducer (full bridge) or is connected directly to the measuring equipment, and is set in steps of 0.1 mV/V in the range from -100 mV/V to +100 mV/V by means of an inductive distributor. Simulate the converter output signal.
The high-precision converter pseudo signal of BN100A is controlled by a control circuit, and this control circuit also greatly reduces the small errors of the inductive distributor. The maximum accuracy of BN100A is achieved only when connected using a 6-wire system. In this case, the maximum calibration error is 5ppm for 2mV/V.
