About This Product

■BK CONNECT hammer vibration APPLET

Point solution containing all functions needed for acceleration, mobility, and compliance FRF calculations using impact hammers The BK Connect® Hammer Impact Applet is a dedicated tool for uncovering structural properties such as resonance for troubleshooting, benchmarking, design validation, quality control, and materials testing using roving hammer or fixed hammer impact testing. . Each acquired FRF can also be exported to BK Connect modal analysis type 8420 or 8420-A for complete modal analysis on complex structures.

■Use example

・Roving impact test using up to three single-axis accelerometers (or a single three-axis accelerometer) as a reference Fixed impact testing using fixed accelerometers for smaller setups and roving accelerometers for larger setups ・Measurement of each FRF for input to modal parameter evaluation using BK Connect modal analysis types 8420 and 8420-A

BK Connect's interface and product structure were designed with the user's role as a central theme throughout the development process. The BK Connect Applet focuses on the operator role, allowing you to perform unique and repetitive tasks through an easy-to-use and often one-click interface.

・Single easy-to-use applet for data collection, recording, data management, and reporting ・Measurement of a wide range of functions including time signals, auto- and cross-spectra, coherence functions, and frequency response functions Interactive graphical interface and front-end hardware – Color-coded ring LEDs display channel status of LAN-XI hardware - Integrated transducer manager and database: automatic discovery and data import for TEDS-enabled transducers, quick assignment of non-TEDS transducers with simple drag-and-drop ・Auto calibration signal detection – automatic gain adjustment option ・Real-time monitor: Level and spectrum display for all active channels *Other functions are also available.
