About This Product

■Measure short distance displacement with high reliability

Plunger-type displacement sensor W1ELA/0 accurately measures short-distance displacements during the process

■Displacement sensor W1ELA/0: Electromagnetic induction displacement sensor for machines and systems Measurement range ±1mm

The extremely compact displacement sensor W1ELA/0 consists only of a coil body and a plunger. This allows the sensor to be fully integrated into a machine, system or test bench. Additionally, the temperature range is set from -55℃ to +130℃, further expanding the range of applications. The displacement sensor W1ELA/0 reliably measures displacement in both directions from the center of the sensor. The coil body has a structure in which two measurement coils are arranged in series, forming a 2-gauge bridge. This bridge is combined with an amplifier with a carrier frequency of 4.8kHz to form a 4-gauge bridge circuit.

Wide range of applications ・Wide operating temperature range: -55℃ to +130℃ ・High impact resistance: Coil body max. 500m/s2, plunger max. 1,000m/s2 ・Lightweight: Coil body 11g, plunger 3g ・Supports a variety of machine, system, and test bench applications 3. Flexible support for each application ・Easy to install by clamping the coil body ・Accurate zero point setting with thin line on plunger ・Wear-free measurement principle ・Continuous plunger channel prevents damage from excessive stroke ・Practical structure: simple, robust, and highly reliable
