■Rice bran wax dispersion
Rice bran wax is a non-edible biomass raw material made by degumming and solvent-treating crude wax, which is collected by refining the byproduct of producing oil from rice bran.
Used in cosmetics for stabilization by improving temperature resistance, adding gloss, improving feel by adjusting hardness, polishing, and scrubbing, and as a brightening agent for rubber or plastic products for tires, construction, home appliances, etc. It is a substance that is extremely friendly to people and the environment, and is used as an alternative raw material to petroleum wax.
As you can see, rice bran has excellent functionality and environmental characteristics, but it cannot be said that it handles well on its own. We disperse this rice bran wax with IPA (isopropyl alcohol), optimize the particle size and viscosity, and provide it to our customers as a liquid wax that is easy to add.
■Alcohol-based paint/ink additive Polycon RB-1
Additive for paints and inks. Our rice bran wax dispersion is mainly composed of wax extracted from rice bran (100% biomass), and is an environmentally friendly product that contributes to a recycling-oriented society by using the non-edible by-products after extracting rice oil. It's a gentle product.
It exhibits excellent properties in anti-blocking, lubricity, improved wear resistance, and scratch resistance applications. Since it is an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) dispersion and is toluene-free, it is a highly safe product that is considerate to the environment and the human body.
