About This Product
■High sealing and airtightness after screw tightening
Unlike existing spring washers, there is no cutout in the main body, so the stress on the contact surface is easily dispersed, making it difficult to create a starting point for failure.
■Can be used with existing bolts and standard bolts
Just by changing the washer, you can transform it into a bolt that won't loosen. Once tightened, it will not loosen, leading to reduced man-hours and costs.
■Available for all materials and surface treatments
Because the structure does not use foreign materials, it can be used with any spring-acting material.
Materials: SK85, SUS304CSP, SUS301CSP, SUS631CSP, SUS632J2, C5210, titanium, resin, MC nylon, Duracon, etc.

It has been evaluated in accordance with the US (National Aerospace Standard) aviation standards.
It has passed a verification test of frequency 1,750 to 1,800c.p.m and amplitude 11.43mm±0.381 for 17 minutes and 30,000 times.

■Principle
This is an application of a disc spring type washer. It has a conical shape, and the conical shape is crushed by tightening the screw from above. Utilizes the returning force of the washer shape to create a spring effect. In addition, the different thicknesses on the left and right sides create frictional resistance against the shaft, which prevents them from coming loose.
■NAS exam
This is an accelerated vibration test listed in NAS (NATIONAL AEROSPACE STANDARD) 3350/3354. Screw fasteners are freely vibrated up and down through a slotted slot, and shock is repeatedly applied to the screw fasteners to evaluate the loosening of the screws.
Test conditions
・Bolt: M10, M10W
・Nut: Corner C0.3 chamfered, made of SKD11, heat treated HRC60
・Frequency: 1,750 to 1,800c.p.m
・Amplitude: 11.43 to ±0.381
・Time: Clear if there is no loosening after 30,000 times for 17 minutes
・Maximum tightening torque: 98N.m-12M
