About This Product

■Summary

When using a suitable lathe jig, the workpiece can be gripped and rotated by the welding positioner, and the welding, machining, and workpiece assembly can be set in an ergonomic working position, making it possible to achieve high-speed, highly efficient processes. . ProArc PT Series welding positioners allow steel processing shop operators to position jobs in a "downhand" position in the shortest possible time without the use of cranes or human power. The construction of the ProArc positioner provides safe, long-life operation and trouble-free service.

■Features

- Load range is from 100 to 20,000 kg, and 360° rotation and 135° elevation angle are adjustable. ・Can withstand the effects of high frequencies. - Table design with precision-machined "T" slots, positioning holes, and central perforation. ・High quality worm gear reducer provides smooth operation and minimal backlash. - Maintenance-free grounding design. ・Table height can be adjusted with optional AD type. - Forward/reverse rotation and speed adjustable. *Other model numbers are available.
