About This Product

This support unit is ideal for miniature ball screws, making the conventional support unit as compact as possible and lightweight. Both the fixed side and support side are designed to match the standard shaft end shape of ball screws. Available in standard stock.

■Features・We have created a lightweight and compact support unit by cutting out the excess weight of conventional products and minimizing the mounting hole pitch.
-Incorporates miniature angular contact ball bearings with controlled preload to ensure high rigidity in the axial direction.
- The angular contact ball bearing uses a double shield type to achieve dust-proofing and cost reduction by reducing the number of parts.
- Can be used in clean environments with stainless steel bearings and low dust generation grease.
- We have added a new ultra-small size (φ3) to the series and commercialized an ultra-small ball screw support unit.
- Two types, pillow type and flange type (both fixed side and supporting side) have been standardized to expand customer options.

■Flange type fixed side (MSU-xG type)A flange-shaped support unit that can be mounted on a wall. Incorporates miniature angular contact ball bearings with preload control to ensure high axial rigidity. A mounting collar and lock nut are included.

■Flange type support side (MSU-xGS type)A flange-shaped support unit that can be mounted on a wall. Comes with deep groove ball bearing and retaining ring.
