About This Product

■Features

・We have achieved precision grade (JIS C5) rolling processing, which previously could only be done with normal grades of Ct7 and Ct10. - Two types are available: a flange type with a thick shaft end and a completely unthreaded type, providing customers with a lot of freedom in design. - The flange type has a thick shaft end diameter, so there is no need to insert a collar or shrink fit. -The shape and dimensions of the fixed side shaft end are standardized, and the design allows the KSS support unit to be installed as is. ・The supporting side is unprocessed, and the length can be freely adjusted according to the customer's specifications. ・A shaft end shape other than the standard can be provided upon request. ・The completely unthreaded type has excellent cost performance, and additional machining can be done according to customer requests. - The axial clearance is set to a minimum of 5um or less, but it is possible to eliminate the axial clearance (preload) upon request.

■Type

Precision rolled ball screws are available in two types: a flange type with a thicker shaft end (PSRT) and a completely unthreaded type (PSR).

■Accuracy grade and axial clearance

The accuracy grade of the PSR/PSRT series (precision rolled ball screw standard stock item) is C5 (JIS B 1192-3). The axial clearance is 0.005mm or less, but we can also provide zero axial clearance (preload) upon request.

■Lubrication

Precision rolled ball screws with unfinished threads (PSR series) are coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust when in stock. Please note that anti-rust oil does not have a lubrication function, so please supply a separate lubricant when using it. Unless otherwise specified, we recommend KSS original grease (MSG No.2).

■Other PSR/PSRT series (precision rolled ball screws in stock) include standard type nuts (return plate type and end cap type) as well as compact type nuts (spinning type). You can choose according to your usage.
