About This Product

The fixed shaft end of the rolled ball screw is made thicker, and we keep it in stock in an unprocessed state. Compared to conventional rolled ball screws, the degree of freedom in design has expanded. The shaft end shape can be designed to be compatible with the SG series. We also have standard stock of stainless steel flanged rolled ball screws (SSRT).

■Features

- Since the shaft end diameter can be designed to be thicker, it is possible to use bearings with flanges or other general-purpose bearings. - Compatible with the standard shaft end shape of precision ball screws (machined products). - Improved stability compared to collar insertion or shrink fit. - Having unprocessed shaft ends in stock increases the degree of freedom in design. - Stainless steel is also available for rust prevention.

■Accuracy grade and axial clearance

The accuracy grades of the SRT/SSRT series (rolled ball screws with flanges/rolled ball screws with stainless steel flanges in stock) are Ct7 and Ct10 (JIS B 1192-3). We also stock axial clearances of 0.020mm or less (Ct7) and 0.050mm or less (Ct10) depending on the accuracy class.

■Lubrication

The SRT/SSRT series (rolled ball screws with flanges/rolled ball screws with stainless steel flanges in stock) is coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust when the terminals are unprocessed. Please note that anti-rust oil does not have a lubrication function, so please supply a separate lubricant when using it. Unless otherwise specified, we recommend KSS original grease (MSG No.2).

■Precision rolled ball screws We can also manufacture rolled ball screws (PSR/PSRT series) that achieve high precision (JIS C5).
