A highly rigid rotating tool that uses angular bearings. It is possible to use end mills, etc., which are ideal for removing thick parts such as sprues, weirs, and membrane burrs on aluminum die-cast and cast products.
■Perfect fit for Air Float Attachment AF40 type
A must-have item for deburring, perfect fit for our Air Float Attachment AF40. Furthermore, the method of fixing to the AF40 type is a Spann ring + spindle stopper included with the AF40 type to prevent loosening.
■Collet uses DIN/ISO standard and reliable ER16 high precision collet
The collet that grips the cutting tool is an ER16 collet that complies with the world standard DIN6499/ISO15488. If you purchase a collet other than the included φ6 collet separately, it is possible to use cutting tools with a diameter of φ0.5 to φ10 (shank diameter).
■Uses a 20,000min^-1 specification motor that focuses on deburring.
Adopts a motor with a maximum rotation speed of 20,000 min^-1, which covers the rotation speed of 8,000 to 15,000 min^-1 generally used in deburring processing.
Note) The maximum rotation speed of the quick change spindle is 15,000min^-1. Please be careful when using.
■Uses high torque motor
Adopts a high torque motor with maximum output of 930W and maximum torque of 1.18Nm.
■A coupling is used to connect the motor shaft and spindle.
The conventional SFE1-L2S-L100 type motor spindle had the motor shaft and spindle connected directly, but the SP40L type spindle uses a coupling at the point where the motor shaft and spindle are connected, making it more durable. Improved.
