About This Product

This holder is a simple deburring holder for use with NC-equipped machines, robots, and various specialized machines. When using this holder on a machining center, please attach it to your milling chuck. When using this holder with a robot or various special machines, please prepare a special mounting holder (side lock holder, collet holder, etc.). Features

■Simple deburring holder that can be used on machines equipped with NC, robots, and various special machines.

This is an inexpensive and simple deburring holder that has a 10mm extension mechanism only in the axial direction.

■Built-in 10mm extension mechanism only in axial direction

The holder has a built-in 10mm extension mechanism, which allows machining while constantly applying pressure to the cutting edge against the back deburring surface.

■3 types of springs with different strengths are included as standard

The holder comes with three types of springs of different strengths as standard, and customers can freely replace the built-in springs according to the material of the workpiece being processed.

■Maximum allowable rotation speed 10,000min^-1

Maximum allowable rotation speed is 10,000min^-1. For machining centers, please use it by attaching it to your milling chuck.

■Machine used

Machining centers, robot systems, and various specialized machines

■Purpose of use

This holder is intended for removing burrs from the outside and inside parts of the machine after machining (drilling, end milling, face milling, etc.), casting burrs, forging burrs, plastic molding burrs, etc.

■Characteristics and precautions for use

・T10 has the ability to extend the tip (cutter gripping part) by 10mm in the axial direction. ・With the above functions, it is possible to perform deburring while absorbing the slight deviation in the axial direction of the workpiece set on the machine. ・The maximum allowable rotation speed of this holder is 10,000 min^-1, and it is possible to use a carbide cutter (rotary bur) that is ideal for deburring. (Never use it at a rotation speed exceeding the maximum allowable rotation speed. Please do not do this). ・When processing with a holder, please basically use down cutting.
