Features
■Ideal for deburring parting lines of aluminum die-cast and cast products.
A highly rigid rotating tool that uses angular bearings. It is possible to remove burrs from parting lines of aluminum die-cast and cast products.
■Perfect fit for Air Float Attachment AF40 type
A must-have item for deburring, perfect fit for our Air Float Attachment AF40. Furthermore, the method of fixing to the AF40 type is a Spann ring + spindle stopper included with the AF40 type to prevent loosening.
■Collet holder can be replaced with one touch
By pushing down the clamp cover on the spindle, the collet holder can be replaced in-machine with one touch. Two types of collet holders are available: SP40-QT-ER11M type and SP40-QT-ER16M type. Both allow you to choose from a wide range of cutting tools by replacing the collet. The ER11 collet can be used with cutting tools from φ0.5 to φ7, and the ER16 collet can be used with cutting tools from φ0.5 to φ10.
■Collets use DIN/ISO standards and reliable ER11 and ER16 high-precision collets.
The collets that grip the cutting tools are ER11 and ER16 collets that comply with the world standard DIN6499/ISO15488.
■Uses a 20,000min^-1 specification motor that focuses on deburring.
Adopts a motor with a maximum rotation speed of 20,000 min^-1, which covers the rotation speed of 8,000 to 15,000 min^-1 generally used in deburring processing.
Note) The maximum rotation speed of the quick change spindle is 15,000min^-1. Please be careful when using.
■Two types of motors available
Two types are available: a reasonable L type motor with a maximum output of 930W and a high spec N type motor with a maximum output of 1,200W. You can select a motor according to your deburring needs (please note that L type motors and N type motors are not compatible).
