Features
■Dedicated rigid holder for use with AF110 type and high torque type quick change (QC) motor spindles
A dedicated rigid holder for use with the high-torque air float attachment AF110 type and the high-torque QC motor spindle SFT48-HiSP-QC type. The shank uses our original standard QCT48 shank.
■Can remove burrs from aluminum materials (weirs/membranes) of aluminum die-casting, low-pressure casting, and gravity casting products.
By attaching it to the AF110 model or SFT48-HiSP-QC model, it is possible to roughly remove dams and membrane burrs from aluminum die-casting, low-pressure casting, and gravity casting products.
■Uses Hi-Q/ERB25 and Hi-Q/ERB32 nuts with built-in friction bearings.
Hi-Q/ERB25 and Hi-Q/ERB32 nuts have built-in friction bearings and can be tightened with more than twice the gripping force of standard nuts. *The maximum tightening torque should not exceed 25% of the recommended tightening torque.
■The collet uses DIN/ISO standards and uses reliable ER25 and ER32 high-precision collets.
The collets that grip the cutting tools are ER25 and ER32 collets that comply with the world standard DIN6499/ISO15488.
■Cuts of various sizes can be used for both SR16 and SR20 types.
The gripping diameter of the collet is φ0.5 to φ16.0 for the SR16 type and φ0.5 to φ20.0 for the SR20 type, and a collet that matches the gripping size is required. If you need a collet of a size other than the one included, please purchase it separately.
■Maximum rotation speed 10,000min^-1
The usable rotation speed is 1,000 to 10,000 min^-1, which is the same as that of the AF110 type and SFT48-HiSP-QC type.
■High holding power is ensured by unique two-sided restraint QCT48 shank
The combination of a weak taper and a wide flange surface makes it strong against lateral forces, and the retracting force from the AF110 type and SFT48-HiSP-QC type is always maintained at 4t. * Compatible models: Please use with AF110 type and SFT48-HiSP-QC type.
