Features

■Dual ATC magazine SP40MG type (for quick change motor spindle SP40L/N-QM type only)

The SP40L/N-QM type quick change motor spindle allows for highly reliable collet holder replacement using a unique ATC mechanism. The collet holder has been replaced 300,000 times in a continuous durability test (with a retry rate of less than 2%). *An electro-pneumatic regulator is required when using a 2-bar ATC magazine.

■Perfect fit for Air Float Attachment AF40 type

There is no interference with the ATC magazine when used in combination with the SP40L/N-QM type quick change motor spindle attached to our air float attachment AF40 type.

■Two-barreled ATC magazine allows automatic exchange of collet holders with different types of cutting tools attached.

In automated deburring, different cutting tools are often used to remove burrs, but if a dual ATC magazine is installed, it becomes possible to use two different types of cutting tools.

■Up to 4 2-bar ATC magazines can be used side by side.

Up to four 2-bar ATC magazines can be used side by side. This allows the use of up to eight different types of cutting tools, making it easy to meet customer demands for automated deburring. (Up to 2 units can be installed on FDM-001 type)

■Reliable operation confirmation is possible using various sensors.

Equipped as standard with a collet holder presence confirmation sensor, motor spindle and collet holder attachment confirmation sensor, dual ATC magazine lid open confirmation sensor, and close confirmation auto switch to ensure reliable operation confirmation.

■ATC magazine's unique mechanism is patent pending (PAT.P)
