■Air float attachment AF30 & AF40 type file rear adapter YA type
It can be used as a float type air file by simply attaching the file rear adapter YA030 & YA040 to the AF30 & AF40 types. Installation to AF30 & AF40 types is easy with a Span ring.
■Air file can be used with AF30 & AF40 models
With conventional motor spindles, only rotary tools such as carbide burs, electrocoated grindstones with shafts, and brushes with shafts could be used, but with the AF30 & AF40 models, air files can now be used, making it possible to deburr pin corners.
■Two types of air files are available: one for AF30 type and one for AF40 type.
The air file for the AF30 model is the Super Hand Light SHL-40 model manufactured by Nitto Kohki Co., Ltd. The SHL-40 model requires some additional machining. The air file for the AF40 type is the Airflex BP-AF5 type made by Axel Tools.
