About This Product

This product is made to order. Features

■Can remove burrs from cast iron materials and aluminum materials (weirs and membranes) from low-pressure casting and gravity casting products.

Conventionally, weir and membrane burrs were roughly removed using a high torque quick change (QC) motor spindle of 2.2kw, and then deburring was performed using the AF40 model, but the AF110 model can handle both roughing and deburring.

■Built-in high torque QC motor spindle that focuses on high torque

Rated output: 3.7kw, rated torque (continuous characteristics 1,680 to 10,000min^-1): 3.5N・m, maximum rotation speed: 10,000min^-1, achieving optimal performance for stubborn deburring processing.

■High reliability for cutting

The motor part has a vibration class of V-5 and has no encoder, so it is resistant to vibrations caused by cutting and has high reliability.

■Clamp mechanism with safety in mind

The clamping mechanism of the high-torque QC motor spindle has a safety design that switches between unclamping and clamping by turning the air (supply air pressure 0.35MPa) ON (unclamping) and OFF (clamping), and maintains the clamped state when the air is OFF.

■Built-in seating confirmation sensor

The clamping mechanism of the high-torque QC motor spindle has a built-in seating confirmation sensor when the holder is clamped, making it possible to determine if the holder is securely clamped.

■Holds the holder with a pulling force of 4 tons using a unique two-sided restraint shank.

■Air float type deburring attachment ideal for automated deburring

This is an air float type deburring attachment that makes it possible to process parting lines, thick parts, sprues, weirs, etc. in one workpiece with the same deburring attachment.

■Absorbs unmeasured portions in the X- and Y-axis directions

The air float part (motor spindle mounting part) can be tilted up to 5 degrees from the axis, and can freely move 360 ​​degrees in the radial direction while tilted (multi-float mechanism).

■Absorbs the unmeasured part in the Z-axis direction

The air float section shrinks by 20mm in the axial direction (axial float mechanism).
