About This Product

■Features ・All-in-one deburring system realizes quality, cycle shortening, and cost reduction. ・The 6-axis small robot allows tools to be approached freely even in tight spaces. - Equipped with an air float type deburring attachment to flexibly respond to variations in workpiece shape. - Equipped as standard with a uniquely developed quick-change motor spindle that allows one-touch tool replacement. - If equipped with an ATC magazine, two types of cutting tools can be automatically exchanged (*optional). ・An oil pot that automatically applies cutting oil and a blade cleaning brush unit that removes welds from cutting tools are also available (*optional). -The compact operation panel is retractable and can be pulled out only when operation is required, and can be stored inside the side cover during automatic operation. ・Using a turntable mechanism, it can also be used on high-cycle automatic processing lines. ・The jig table can further shorten the cycle by adding robot additional axis control. *option ・Compact design of W1,000 x D1,800 x H1,542. ■Maintenance/safety ・The lubricating grease on the turntable drive part is maintenance-free. (Regular replacement is not required) ・Cuts are collected centrally at the bottom of the mount. Easily collect chips with a wheeled chip cart. ・A safety light curtain is used in the workpiece supply section. Prevents accidents during work and rotation. ・Equipped with a switch on the maintenance door (left and right sides) to confirm whether the door is attached or removed. Prevent accidents during work.
