About This Product

■Self-propelled timber collection device that can collect both up-loading and unloading.

A self-propelled timber collection machine equipped with an artificial support that can easily collect timber from overhead wires.

■5-barrel tower yarder (TY-U5D) compatible with the horizontal type endless system

・Since it can cover a wide area with one installation, it is effective in clear-cutting small areas. - When the inclination angle of the tower or aircraft, or the pressure of the center rigger exceeds the predetermined range, the tower alarm will sound the horn and the winch will stop. ・Equipped as standard with an automatic stop function that stops the flag at a preset location (loading/unloading) even when the joystick is being operated. ・Various information is displayed on the controller's display panel, including counters and rotational speeds of each drum's built-in sensor, as well as alarms and errors.

■Cable tensioning and removal are possible in a short time (TY-U3B)

・The vehicle can enter the narrow 2m working road. ・By using a large drum, we have achieved a long span of 450m. ・Can be used for both lifting and lowering loads. ・Using a Raji Carry as a carrier makes pile-piling work easier. ・It is also possible to collect materials using the running skyline method without using a skyline.

■Easy and smooth winch operation with interlock mechanism

-Equipped with a hydraulic interlock mechanism that automatically controls the drum rotation speed so that the amount of wire taken up and the amount of wire fed out are the same. - Smooth collection is possible with the tension adjustment mechanism. - You can freely adjust the cable tension and cable speed using the handheld controller.

■Lumber gathering ability with excellent safety, mobility, and convenience

・The tower yarder, which uses guylines to secure the aircraft, can stably gather wood over long spans. ・High productivity can be expected due to the powerful and speedy winch performance. ・Since the base machine uses a U-shaped forwarder (crawler), it is easy to drive onto uneven or soft ground. - A revolving light notifies the cargo handler and other workers at the tip of the mountain of the winch operating status.
