About This Product
This is an intelligent screwdriver that controls the tightening torque to accurately tighten fine screws S0.6-M2.0 and small screws M2.0-M3.0. Ideal for automating screw tightening using robots, etc. Unique technology significantly shortens screw tightening cycle time. Torque data can be managed in real time and traceability can be obtained.
■Small and lightweight
Our unique mechanical design has achieved the industry's top size and weight reduction in its class. It can be installed on orthogonal robots or articulated robots, contributing to the automation of screw tightening.
■Torque management
Our unique control technology allows you to set and manage screw tightening progress and resulting torque. Torque is controlled with high accuracy of ±5% when converted to current value.
■Traceability
The attached dedicated application "ProE-Expert" allows you to trace screw tightening torque in real time.
■Tightening screws via communication from the host controller
It can be easily controlled from a PLC or robot controller using Modbus/TCP communication, allowing for quick system construction.
■Main uses
Ideal for fine screw tightening manufacturing processes such as smartphones, cameras, watches, and tablets.
