Compatible with screw tightening from S0.6 to M3.0. We customize bits, mouthpieces, etc. according to the customer's screw specifications.

Our unique mechanical design has achieved industry-leading compactness and weight reduction. It can be installed on orthogonal robots, articulated robots, and various types of equipment, contributing to the automation of screw tightening.
■Torque management
Our unique control technology allows you to set and manage screw tightening progress and resulting torque.
■Traceability
The included dedicated application "ProE-Expert" allows you to trace screw tightening torque in real time.
■Tightening screws via communication from the host controller
It can be easily controlled from a PLC or robot controller using robot I/O, Modbus/TCP, or RS-232C communication, allowing for quick system construction.
■High speed rotation/high torque
Through our unique software tuning, we have achieved a maximum allowable rotation speed of 1,500 rpm and a maximum tightening torque of 700 mN.m.
■Energy saving
Powered by DC24V (3A), it is very energy efficient as an electric screwdriver.
■Program registration of screw tightening conditions
Up to 16 types of optimal tightening conditions for each screw can be programmed into the controller.
■Multi-drop connection
A single Windows computer can display the connection status of up to 250 PRO-FUSEs and obtain logs of screw tightening results.
■Main body basic set
・PRO-FUSE (Choose from 3 types: SHORT, LONG, EXTRA LONG depending on the applied torque)
・CT-CONTS (controller)
・Motor cable (main unit connection cable)
・ProE-Expert (dedicated PC application)
