■Features
Hard type with excellent coating hardness and scratch resistance
■Overwhelming curing speed
It can be cured in an extremely short time, leading to improved work and production efficiency.
■Can be cured at low temperature
Since high heat is not required for curing, it can be applied to a variety of materials including heat-sensitive substrates, and is also effective in reducing CO₂ generated during the drying and curing process.
■Achieves a highly cross-linked density coating film with high leveling properties
A coating film with a beautiful texture, high hardness, and excellent alcohol and chemical resistance can be obtained.
■Outstanding hardenability and excellent workability
It can be cured with irradiation energy of about 600-800mj/cm2, and there is almost no concern about yellowing. Since it is a diluted type that can be used without dilution, it saves processes.
■Applications
Cosmetic containers, play parts, automobiles, stationery, etc.
How to use
■Pretreatment
Completely remove oil stains from the object to be coated and prepare the surface thoroughly.
■ Stirring
Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
■Dilution/mixing
Since it is a pre-diluted type, it can be used without dilution.
■Filtration
Be sure to filter out bubbles, dirt, and debris with Yoshino paper before use.
■Painting (spray painting)
・Air pressure 0.2~0.5MPa
・Nozzle diameter 1.0~1.5mmΦ
・Standard film thickness 10~15μm
■Drying
・IR 60℃×1~2 minutes (40-50℃×2~5 minutes possible)
・Curing conditions 600mj/cm2 or more
