About This Product
The tough finished coating film made from "epoxy polyol + isocyanate" exhibits extremely high resistance to cutting oil. It does not contain amine compounds that are considered to be highly irritating to the skin. It is a highly environmentally sustainable paint with a total content of toluene, xylene, MIBK, and styrene of less than 0.1%, reducing environmental impact.

■Applications
Machine tools, industrial machinery, and other metal products that require oil and chemical resistance.
How to use
■Pretreatment
Completely remove oil stains from the object to be coated and prepare the surface thoroughly.
■ Stirring
Stir the paint thoroughly before diluting.
■Dilution/mixing
The mixing ratio is base agent: hardening agent: thinner = 4: 1: 1~2. I used "Thinner4200" as thinner. Please measure the weight accurately based on the weight ratio. Adjust the viscosity to 15 to 25 seconds (liquid temperature 25℃) using "Iwata Viscosity Cup NK-2".
■Painting (spray painting)
・Air pressure 0.3~0.5MPa
・Nozzle diameter 1.2~1.5mm
・Standard film thickness 35~45μm
・Amount of application: approx. 200g/m2
■Drying
・Dry at room temperature (25℃) Dry to touch for 15 minutes
・Dry at room temperature (25℃) Curing drying 6~8 hours
・Forced drying (60~120℃) 30 minutes
