About This Product

■Metal processing liquid filtration equipment

The R series is a type that can be installed in the coolant tank of various machine tools. Equipped with casters, it is easy to move and has a compact size suitable for filtration processing in small to medium capacity tanks. Although the size is compact, the filtration performance is first-class. Various customizations are also possible, such as specifications without casters and valve motorization.

■Usage and maintenance

Air backwashing removes the sludge layered on the filter surface. The separated sludge is discharged from the drain at the bottom of the pipe and filtered again in the sludge receiving bucket. By performing air backwashing regularly, it is possible to continue using the filter for a long time without replacing the filter (fully automatic backwashing using a timer is also possible).
