About This Product

While maintaining high-precision filtration performance, it is more compact, simple, and easy to maintain.

■Usage and maintenance

The conventional Recrean used an external pressure filter, but the N series uses an internal pressure filter. The coolant pumped up by the pump is filtered through a filter that has a large filtration area with a special filter cloth and bellows structure exclusive to Reclean. The filtered coolant returns to the coolant tank under its own weight. The sludge that accumulates inside the filter can be easily discharged, and it can be used continuously even after the sludge is disposed of. Replacing the filter cloth is also easier than with conventional Recreans, significantly reducing maintenance time. In addition, the filter is compact enough to fit in a pail can, and can be installed directly into the coolant tank. (The lid on the top of the tank requires modification.) It is compact enough to be installed even on sites with narrow work areas. We also have a lineup of unit types that are installed separately next to the tank, so we can make proposals that suit your usage environment. Features of the Recrean N series

■Internal pressure filter

The coolant pumped up by the pump is filtered through a filter that has a large filtration area with a special filter cloth and bellows structure exclusive to Reclean.

■Easy maintenance

Replacing the filter cloth is also easier than with conventional Recreans, significantly reducing maintenance time.

■Compact size

The filter is compact enough to fit into a pail can. It is compact enough to be installed even in sites with small work areas.
