Sulfuric acid is said to be a basic chemical. As its name suggests, sulfuric acid continues to be used as a basic raw material in all fields of industry, from the chemical industry such as pharmaceuticals, batteries, dyes, and chemical fertilizers to heavy industries such as metals and steel. It is no exaggeration to say that the development of Japan's industry would not be possible without the presence of sulfuric acid. It can truly be said to be an "invisible contributor" to industrial development.

In recent years, sulfuric acid has been used not only as a basic raw material but also for cleaning LSIs, and as its demand has increased, it is expected to enter new fields. In 1920, our company built an Osaka factory and began producing sulfuric acid using a lead chamber. This is where our history of sulfuric acid chemistry begins. Since then, we have begun manufacturing titanium oxide and surfactants using sulfuric acid as a basic material.

Currently, as one of the few manufacturers in the Kansai region, the sulfuric acid division is promoting specialization of products in response to diversifying needs. We manufacture various types of oleum, purified sulfuric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, diluted sulfuric acid, and all other types of sulfuric acid, and meet the needs of our users as a sulfuric acid department store.
