The stone mill "A-130Super-J" is the flour mill we recommend to fulfill these wishes and preferences. This model comes with an inverter, so the rotation of the stones can be adjusted. This slows down the rotation speed, suppresses heat generation during milling, and allows continuous operation for about an hour.
It's very easy to use. By starting the stone mill with an inverter, adjusting the distance between the upper and lower stones, the rotation speed of the stones, and the flow rate of the raw materials, you can mill fine or coarse flour. Stone mills are made of natural superhard stone that has been hardened again in a kettle, and is 10 to 15 times more durable than natural stone, and does not require sharpening. This stone mill is especially suitable for milling buckwheat, wheat, white rice, roasted soybeans, etc.
Even when back-milling raw materials with shells or hard materials (brown soba, white rice, soybeans, etc.), the milling part is treated with stainless steel, so there is no wear on the wood. You can choose between 100V and 200V power supply.
