About This Product

■Summary・Since the inner layer of the hose is made of tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE type), it has excellent solvent and chemical resistance.
・Suitable for a wide range of applications, from ink, organic solvent, and paint piping to food and cosmetics piping.
- Resistant to crushing, has excellent bending shape retention, and can also be used for vacuum (suction).
・As the E-SJSP SUS wire and ferrule fitting are assembled in contact with each other, it has an electrostatic shielding effect when grounded.
・The product length of ferrule crimped products can be specified as desired up to a maximum length of 20m.

- Since it is a ferrule fitting, piping work can be done easily, improving work efficiency and standardizing the work.

■Hygienic fittings with little liquid accumulationHygienic fluid transfer is possible by adopting a nipple shape that reduces liquid accumulation. In addition, the material of the fitting body is SUS316L, which is resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for cleaning the inside of the hose with chemicals.

■The hose is highly transparent and has excellent chemical resistance, hygiene, and cleanability.・The flexible fluorine hose series is highly transparent, allowing you to check the fluid with peace of mind.
・Since the inner layer of the hose is made of fluororesin, it has excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to most chemicals. (See chemical resistance data)
-Furthermore, the inner layer fluororesin is water repellent and non-adhesive, making it difficult for fluid to remain and is easy to clean.
