■Features

・Chemical resistance: As the inner layer uses difluorocarbon resin (PVDF), it has excellent chemical resistance. *Super flexible fluorine tube is recommended as it has low resistance to organic solvents (polar solvents) such as amines and ketones. ・Flexibility: The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluorine tubes, improving workability. ・Gas barrier properties: The inner layer's difluorinated fluororesin (PVDF type) has excellent impermeability to various liquids and gases. ・Difficulty in bending: Compared to commercially available fluorine single-layer tubes, it is less likely to break, and even if it does break, it will recover to a certain extent. ・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance. ・Plasticizer-free...Uses an oil-free material that does not contain any plasticizers that can cause leached substances. - Non-PVC...Uses non-PVC material. ・Low elution/low odor...Compared to PVC, there are fewer leached substances, making it suitable for food, beverages, and cosmetics applications. ・High purity: The fluororesin in the inner layer does not contain additives such as plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping. -Easy to cut...Lengths are printed on the tube at 1 meter intervals, making it easy to cut. ・Transparency: Transparent color makes it easy to see the degree of cleaning on the inside of the hose. ・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019. ・Dedicated fittings: Since there are dedicated fittings, accidents caused by incorrect selection of tubes and fittings can be prevented. ・Food hygiene: Conforms to the Food Sanitation Law and standards for foods, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, 1958).
