About This Product

Outstanding transparency and flexibility that you wouldn't expect from a fluorine hose. Super hose made of 4-fluoride fluororesin that can withstand most chemicals. All non-PVC. The spring wire uses rust-resistant stainless steel wire.

■Features・Chemical resistance: The inner layer uses tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE type), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
・Bending shape retention: Built-in rust-resistant SUS coil wire prevents crushing and has excellent bending shape retention.
・Vacuum compatible: Can be used with pump suction (negative pressure) or pressure feeding.
・Flexibility: The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluorine tubes, improving workability.
・Hard to break: Compared to commercially available fluorine single-layer tubes, it is less likely to break, and even if it does break, it will recover to some extent.
・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance.
・Abrasion resistance: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals.
・Plasticizer-free…An oil-free hose that does not contain any plasticizers that can cause eluted substances.
- Non-PVC...Uses non-PVC material.
・Low elution/low odor: Suitable for food/beverage and cosmetics applications as resin odor and eluted substances are extremely low.
・High purity: The inner layer of fluororesin does not contain plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping.
-Easy to load...Lengths are printed on the hose at 1 meter intervals, making it easy to load.
・Transparency: Transparent color makes it easy to see the degree of cleaning on the inside of the hose.
・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019.
