■Features・Chemical resistance: The inner layer is made of tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
・Flexibility: The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluorine single-layer tubes, improving workability.
・Hard to break: Compared to commercially available fluorine single-layer tubes, it is less likely to break, and even if it does break, it will recover to some extent.
・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance.
・Abrasion resistance: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals.
・Plasticizer-free: Uses an oil-free material that does not contain any plasticizers that can cause eluted substances.
- Non-PVC...Uses non-PVC material.
・Low elution/low odor: Suitable for food/beverage and cosmetics applications as resin odor and eluted substances are extremely low.
- High purity...The inner layer of fluororesin does not contain additives such as plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping.
-Easy to cut...The length is printed on the tube at 1 meter intervals, making it easy to cut.
