■Features
・Conductivity: A hybrid system of conductive resin and metal fibers achieves a stable electrical resistance value (conductivity: dissipation grade) regardless of the length of the tube. *Dissipative is a grade of electrical resistance suitable for eliminating static electricity, which is within the standard of 1KΩ≦R<1MΩ, even among electrical conductors.
- Conforms to guidelines...The electrical resistance value of the hose complies with ISO 8031 and IEC/TS 60079-32-1:2013 (Explosive Atmospheres Part 32-1: Guidelines for Electrostatic Hazards).
・Chemical resistance...The inner layer is made of tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance.
・Plasticizer-free: Uses oil-free material that does not contain plasticizers that cause eluted substances.
・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019.
・Safety: When used in combination with special fittings, accidents caused by incorrect selection of tubes and fittings can be prevented.
・UV protection…E-SJD has excellent UV and visible light opacity. (Third party test results, UV cut rate: 99% or more) *These are test values and are not guaranteed.
