■Features
・Anti-static function...Gives anti-static function to the outer layer of the tube *Surface resistance value (Ω): 10¹⁰~10¹¹*Reference values based on material. Please note that these are not actual measured values for the tube.
・Transparency: Fluid can be visually observed, making it possible to check for air in the tube, clogging of fluid or powder, pinholes caused by electrostatic charge, etc., making it possible to quickly identify the location of trouble.
・Chemical resistance...The inner layer is made of tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
・Flexibility: The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluorine single-layer tubes, improving workability.
・Hard to break: Compared to commercially available fluorine single-layer tubes, it is less likely to break, and even if it does break, it will recover to some extent.
・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance.
・Abrasion resistance: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals.
・Plasticizer-free: Uses oil-free material that does not contain plasticizers that can cause eluted substances.

- High purity...The inner layer of fluororesin does not contain additives such as plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping.
・Green procurement...Does not use any of the 10 substances prohibited by RoHS2. Or below the threshold.
