■Features・Flexibility: Up to 2.2 times more flexible than the conventional product "E-SJSP". Improves work efficiency. *This is a test value and not a guaranteed value.
・Chemical resistance: The inner layer is made of tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
・Bending shape retention: Since it has a built-in rust-resistant SUS coil wire, it is resistant to crushing and has excellent bending shape retention.
・Vacuum compatible: Can be used with pump suction (negative pressure) or pressure feeding.    
・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance.
・Abrasion resistance: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals.
・Low elution/low odor: Suitable for food/beverage and cosmetics applications as resin odor and eluted substances are extremely low.
・High purity: The inner layer of fluororesin does not contain plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping.
-Easy to cut...Lengths are printed on the hose at 1 meter intervals, making it easy to cut.
・Transparency: Transparent color makes it easy to see the degree of cleaning on the inside of the hose.
・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019.
・Dedicated fittings…In combination with dedicated fittings, accidents caused by incorrect selection of hoses and fittings can be prevented.
・Food hygiene…Conforms to the Food Sanitation Law and standards for food, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, 1958)
