■Features

・Flexibility: Up to 40% more flexible than the conventional product "E-SJB". It boasts outstanding workability and construction performance. ・Chemical resistance...The inner layer is made of tetrafluorocarbon resin (ETFE), so it is resistant to most chemicals. ・Hard to break: Compared to commercially available fluorine half-layer tubes, it is less likely to break, and even if it does break, it will recover to some extent. ・Non-adhesive property: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning performance. ・Abrasion resistance: The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals. ・Low elution/low odor: Suitable for food, beverage, and cosmetics applications as resin odor and eluted substances are extremely low. - High purity...The inner layer of fluororesin does not contain additives such as plasticizers, making it suitable for high-purity chemical piping. -Easy to load...Lengths are printed on the hose at 1 meter intervals, making it easy to load. ・Transparency: Transparent color makes it easy to see the degree of cleaning on the inside of the hose. ・Special fittings: By combining with special fittings, you can prevent accidents caused by incorrect selection of hoses and fittings. ・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019. ・Food hygiene…Conforms to the Food Sanitation Law and standards for food, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370 of 1952)
