About This Product

Ultimate Barrier Tube / Approximately twice the barrier properties of commercially available fluorine tubes. Super barrier tube that prevents oxygen contamination and solvent volatilization.

・Prevention of oxygen contamination in degassing equipment ・Preventing measurement errors in analytical equipment due to oxygen contamination ・Cooling water applications for electronic equipment and supercomputer servers ・Deaeration treatment application in the manufacturing process of secondary batteries ・Suppression of dissolved oxygen and bubble generation in solvent ink of printing equipment ・Suppression of bubble generation during ultrasonic cleaning process

■Features

・Oxygen barrier...Has approximately twice the barrier performance of commercially available fluorine tubes, suppressing oxygen from entering the tube and the formation of air bubbles inside the tube. ・Solvent barrier...Suppresses solvent volatilization and permeation to the outside of the tube during solvent transport. ・Plasticizer-free: We use oil-free materials that do not contain plasticizers, which are a factor in leaching substances. ・Low elution...Compared to PVC, there are fewer eluted substances, so it is a clean tube. ・Chemical resistance...The inner layer is made of a special fluororesin, so it is resistant to most chemicals such as organic solvents. ・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019.
