What is heated steam?
■Summary
Superheated steam is steam that is made by further heating water vapor (100℃) to raise its temperature, and our company uses high-frequency induction heating to generate ultra-high-temperature heated steam.
■Features
・Realizes a very high amount of heat (10 times more effective than regular hot air heating).
・Compared to conventional hot air heating (convection electric heating), heated steam can efficiently apply heat to the object (convection heat transfer, radiant electric heat, condensed electric heat), allowing drying to be performed in a short time.
・Compared to methods using gas, greenhouse gas generation can be suppressed.
