About This Product
This is a solenoid with a built-in permanent magnet. The magnetic force of the permanent magnet holds the movable iron core in an adsorbed state even when no electricity is applied. This is an energy-saving type solenoid that is effective when you want to hold it for a long time. Since the power is turned on only when you want it to move, you can expect it to have the effect of suppressing power consumption and temperature rise. If you use a return load (such as a spring) to apply electricity of the opposite polarity, the movable core will return to its original position. You can also customize it to a push type that makes a push motion.
Depending on the environment in which the solenoid will be used, we will propose measures such as incorporating a return spring, appropriate measures against temperature rise, and measures against water and moisture. We have control technology and mechanical technology, so please leave the design, development, and prototype production of actuator unit links, etc. to us.
