About This Product

This is a three-dimensional culture microplate for cell clusters developed based on university-originated microfabrication technology and surface treatment technology.

■ A large number of cell clusters with almost uniform shape, size, and quality can be cultured three-dimensionally at once.

Please note that the quality level includes approximately 3,600 cells for TASCL 600 wells and approximately 6,000 cells for TASCL 1,000 wells, and that cell clusters cannot be formed in up to 5% of the microwells.

■Can maintain good condition of cell clusters and spheroids for a long time

Penetrating bottom allows gas and culture medium to circulate

■Can perform everything from cell mass culture to differentiation induction using the same equipment

Long-term culture for up to one month is possible due to the circulation of gas and culture medium.

■Costs for culture media and reagents can be reduced.

High-density well structure reduces the amount of media and reagents used

■Ready to use after opening

・Cell adhesion inhibiting coating treated (expiration date is 2 years from manufacture) ・25kGy to 50kGy gamma ray irradiated

■Easy to use, including easy medium replacement

・For seeding, simply seed the cell suspension from above (no centrifugation required) ・Medium exchange is easy because the cell clumps are not touched when changing the medium (no spillage of cell clumps)

■Cell clusters can be easily observed on TASCL even during culture.

Cells can be observed under a microscope while placed on TASCL.

■Easy to three-dimensionally culture co-cultured cell clusters

Cell clusters formed by co-culturing two or three types of cells are also easy to form.
