About This Product

■Based on many years of screw research, we clarified the cause of nut loosening and developed a nut that will not loosen.

Our representative, who has been researching screws since 2004, discovered why nuts loosen and developed this product based on the results. Since the principle is understood, there is no slack. This has been proven through testing and analysis. Nuts are small parts, but nuts that don't loosen can make equipment safer and easier to maintain. Tentacle nuts are nuts that can be attached to commercially available standard bolts. (Size: M6, M8, M10, M12, M16) We can also accommodate other sizes (larger sizes are also available). We also support unified screws and other specifications. Compatible with most machinable and tough materials.

■Features of tentacle nut

1. One of the characteristics of tentacle nuts is that the shafts of the bolt and nut are all aligned and are gentle on the bolt. 2.Torque and tension can be controlled with the lower nut. 3.It can be easily removed by rotating it in the opposite direction from the top nut to the bottom nut. 4.Like regular nuts, they will not damage the seat surface. ■Two types of tests were conducted: Good anti-loosening effect was demonstrated.

・What is NAS3350 impact test? With the screw tightened, vibrate it in a direction perpendicular to the bolt axis to see if the screw loosens due to the impact. (30Hz, 30,000 vibrations, amplitude 5.7mm) ・What is DIN25201 Juncker test? Find the amplitude at which the nut normally loosens after 200 to 400 vibrations perpendicular to the axis, and then vibrate the test nut at this amplitude. If 80% or more of tension remains in all nuts after 12 tests, it is evaluated as having a locking effect. (12.5Hz, 2,000 times, amplitude calculated for M16 is 0.18mm)
