About This Product

■Summary

The paint film is strong and stretches to follow the movement of the material, and can be used for interiors and exteriors. Furthermore, its anti-fading function protects the wood and maintains its beauty over a long period of time. Features

■Safety

Does not contain toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, etc. that are associated with sick house syndrome.

■Outstanding durability

・Boiling → 80℃ → -20℃ 50 cycles No abnormality ・80℃←→－20℃ 300 cycles No abnormality ・Super UV 500 hours No abnormality ・Hybrid exposure system 15 cycles (equivalent to 5 years of actual exposure) Excellent storage and durability Coloring painting process chart (20℃)

■For brushes and rollers (Please use a roller with a stopper.)

Coloring (VATON various colors) → Undercoat (SW Neodelac 6060 gloss A liquid 100/SW Neodelac 6060 B liquid 100/SW polyurethane thinner 0-20) → Polishing (wet #280 sandpaper to remove blemishes) → Top coat (SW Neodelac 6060 gloss) Available/Matte A liquid 100/SW Neodelac 6060 B liquid 100/SW polyurethane thinner 0-20)

■For spray

Coloring (VATON various colors) → Undercoat (SW Neodelac 6060 glossy liquid A 100/SW Neodelac 6060 liquid B 100/SW polyurethane thinner 40) → Polishing (remove blemishes with wet #280 sandpaper) → Top coat (SW Neodelac 6060 glossy Matte A liquid 100/SW Neodelac 6060 B liquid 100/SW polyurethane thinner 60) *Before painting 6060, please check that the color does not shift in inconspicuous areas before painting. If the color shifts, please dry it thoroughly.
