About This Product

Oil-based clear paint for outdoor wood Features

■Safety

It is lead-free and does not contain toluene or xylene. It is a low odor type paint, so you can paint it anywhere with confidence.

■Workability

It has good workability, is easy to apply, and produces a beautiful finish. This product is a one-component oil-based urethane paint that hardens with oxygen in the air.

■Weather resistance

The paint film is strong, has better weather resistance than regular oil-based paints, and maintains its beauty for a long time.

■Painting process No coloring finish

Wood polishing (P180 to P240 paper) → Undercoat (external 1-component oil-based urethane clear gloss 100/dedicated thinner 0-30) → Surface polishing (P240-P320 paper) → Top coat (external 1-component oil-based urethane clear gloss or Matte 100/special thinner 0-30)

■Painting process: Colored finish

Wood polishing (P180 to P240 paper) → Wood coloring (VATONFX or VATON plus each color 100) → Undercoat (external 1-component oil-based urethane clear glossy 100/dedicated thinner 0 to 30) → Painted surface polishing (P240 to P320 paper) → Top coat (external 1-component oil-based urethane clear glossy or matte 100/dedicated thinner 0-30) *After coloring the wood, before applying the external 1-component oil-based urethane clear, make sure that the color does not shift in an inconspicuous area before painting. If the color shifts, please dry it thoroughly. Wipe off the coloring if necessary.
