About This Product

■Summary

NeoDelac 1000A is a one-component oil-based polyurethane resin paint. This paint has excellent wear resistance and is suitable for wooden floors in large facilities such as gymnasiums.

■Line color for oil-based

- One-component, easy to work with, and has good drying and hiding properties. - Lead-free type, F☆☆☆☆ registered (〇 01359) paint. ・It is a TX-free type and does not contain toluene, xylene, or any of the 13 other chemicals associated with sick house syndrome.

■Color variations (standard colors)

・♯001 White ・♯101 Red ・♯201 Yellow-red ・♯301 Yellow ・♯401 Blue ・♯501 Green ・♯601 Light blue ・♯701 Black

■Standard painting specifications 1 Classroom floors, etc.

Substrate preparation (polish evenly with a drum sander P24-100 and polisher P120 mesh, then remove dust) → Undercoat (Neo-Delac 1000A various types) → Polishing (polish evenly with a polisher P100-120, then remove dust) → Intermediate coat (Neo-Delac 1000A various types) → Polishing (after polishing uniformly with polisher P120-180, removing dust) → Top coating (Neodelac 1000A Each gloss/Bio Waltz Top Neo Deluxe 1000A)
