You can publish reports on the web or give viewing privileges to each user. ◼︎Easily create a portal page for file viewing By publishing and managing documents with CROWNIX Report Center, you can easily create file list pages for each user. Since there is no need to incorporate document publishing and management functions into the existing system, you can reduce development time and costs and start operation in the shortest possible time. It also supports optional integration with Active Directory authentication and single sign-on (SSO). ◼︎Report categorization Manage reports by categorizing them using a tree-style menu. You can easily create categories (menus) suitable for your company's operations and arrange your reports. ◼︎Setting the disclosure range You can control the visibility of reports for each logged-in user. ◼︎Complete management screen Template registration, report publication, disclosure range specification, and user/group management can all be done from the management screen via a browser.
