About This Product

■Earthquake-proof and anti-loosening washers that are effective in areas with strong vibrations.

This is a vibration-resistant and shock-resistant product that is used as a set of two locking washers with slanted teeth on the front side and wedge-shaped protrusions on the back side. After automatic mold pressing, the protrusions are crushed and punched, and then carburized and quenched to increase hardness. The material is FE/SUS. (FE is trivalent chromate baking treatment) This is the birth of a dream washer that replaces conventional double nuts, spring washers, tongue washers, etc.

■Production method and features

1.DISC-LOCK washers are made by punching hot-rolled steel coils using an automatic mold press, placing them in a rotary furnace or vibration furnace, and carburizing and quenching them at approximately 860°C for 40 minutes to harden 0.1 to 0.15 mm from the surface. I'm letting you do it. 2.Quenching hardness reaches HRC-45℃~50℃. 3. After heat treatment, apply trivalent chromate to a thickness of 5 to 8 microns. 4. Baking treatment is performed to prevent hydrogen cracking. 5. Through the above process, DISC-LOCK washers are given extremely high surface hardness while maintaining ductility in the core. *Other model numbers are available.
