About This Product

■Achieve PDF operation with the same operability as the Bit-Through series “PlatePlanner”

・Achieving not only large-scale pasting in PDF but also ``just a little adjustment'' after ganging with SmartPlanner - Printing plate data is exported as JDF and linked PDF, and calculated using RIP.

■Various imposition jobs

・Merge and replace PDFs, adjust gap opening ・Changing the size of the version by pasting the imposed PDF Layout settings

■Origin of original placement

・Automatically determined based on the type of printing press (sheet-fed press/rotary press) and square dimensions ・You can freely change the left and right origin positions for form printing, etc.

■Manuscript placement

・Direct placement ・Indirect pitch ・Adjacent placement

■Back side manuscript

・If you specify the back side when selecting the original, you can also layout the back side at the same time. ・In sheet-fed machines, mirror placement is automatically performed depending on the paper return direction.

■Automatic centering function

After additional placement, it is also possible to automatically center all documents while maintaining their respective positional relationships.

■Rotation/repeat arrangement

・You can specify rotation in 90 degree increments and number of repeats for each document. - It also has a function that automatically calculates the number of repeats based on the paper size and the margins of gaps and blank spaces.

■Arrangement of dragonfly and accessories

・Cutting, adding, folding, fold center, and cross registration marks can be automatically generated for the placed document. ・Depending on the nature of each accessory, accessories created in PDF are based on the printing plate, paper, or placed manuscript, and the four corners or the center are the origin of placement. - Even if the size of the printing plate or paper changes, it can be used without having to rearrange it because it will be rearranged relative to its origin. - Even for rotated or reverse-side plates, automatic placement can be done taking into account the direction of turning.

■Template function

・You can save the printing plate and paper size, printing machine type and square size, document placement position, etc. as a template. ・If you create a template for each periodical or printing machine, the operator can create the layout of the plate simply by specifying the manuscript.

■Text accessory input

・The font is "TrueType" or "OpenType" ・By using special control strings, information such as the date and file name when the plates were combined can be placed on the plates, making it easier to manage the versions of the printing plates.

■Plate output

Output to various RIPs with JDF linked PDF
